Hello, my name is Xavier A. Malave, Owner and Operator of XaFa LLC and Xa Inspect. We are a Limited Liability Company that focuses on real estate investments all over the country with houses in Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico. I grew up in Puerto Rico with a great supportive family. I went to college and graduated with my bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering. I was blessed with a scholarship in track and field. After graduating I left for the Border Patrol Academy in New Mexico. I'm currently working as a law enforcement/first responder in Brackettville, Texas. With all the knowledge I gained in college, at the track, and after college, with all my law enforcement training I quickly realized that my knee eye for detail and safety I acquired through all that training made me a natural at-home inspector.
